    All participants having paid their entry fee or invited are expected to confirm their presence at the check in desk, before 9.30 a.m. on July 21, 2019.
    Laws of chess Illegal moves don't lose the game, but the rule "touched piece, played piece" is applied.
    A team is formed with strictly 2 players (no substitute).
    The best rated player must play on the first board.
